And despite getting help from an umbrella-wielding assistance, the teenager’s dress still managed to pick up a wet patch after trawling through a puddle.
But all eyes were on Kylie’s head-turning Balmain outfit which she wore in honour of the label’s creative director Olivier Rousteing.
Olivier, a family friend of the Kardashians, was among honourees at the Image Maker Awards hosted by American publication Marie Claire in West Hollywood.
The 19-year-old was also joined by her best pal model Jordyn Woods at the plush party.

The pair recently sent temperatures rising on social media after they posed by the pool in matching swimwear.
In one snap the friends gaze seductively at the camera as they take a dip in the cool waters.
The relaxed photos seem to hint that the teenager has already put her recent business problems behind her.
Kylie was forced to deny writing a post to her app that was filled with X-rated tips and details of her sex life with rapper boyfriend Tyga.
The youngest Kardashian/Jenner posted to her 19.2million followers: “Hey guys from now on I won’t be posting personally on my app anymore…

“A post went up today quoting something that I NEVER EVER said or saw. A very personal post that I would never ever approve.
“And it’s unfair to me and you to think that those were my words. I’m sorry and I know we will figure something out so we can all be satisfied.”
